I like choco flavor very much , I don't like the normal milk I drink flavored once!

I'm not a Doctor, i hate to disappoint you that being said, it depends how much sugar it contains . Otherwise, Golden milk is a great source of proteins, antioxidants and magnesium. Some may get upset stomach with the curcumin tho, your mileage may vary....
