Did you get sick after having the vaccine (COVID-19)

Nope. I'm a vulnerable person and had zero side effects from both AZ vaccines. All of my family have at least 1 shot of either AZ or Pfizer and only my middle brother had any side effects (mild headache for a day) from his first jab. Everyone else had no symptoms other than a slightly sore am.

Not that I really know of. I just had pain in my arm, and I can recall feeling tired sometimes, but that’s about it.

I had the first shot of Moderna and no side effects. People around me who got Pfizer (pretty much everyone) showed no sickness. At most, tiredness and pain in the arm for a couple of days. Hope everything goes well for you.

I had no reaction to the first Pfizer dose, including no aching my arm.

The second dose, I had chills later in the day and then what I assume were fever AND chills, plus fever dreams all night.

I took a nap the next mid-morning and everything was fine.

My symptoms were only notable because I almost never get sick and when I do every 3 years, it's just a cough. Otherwise, it wasn't bad and only lasted maybe 15 hrs.

Got Pfizer. First shot not too bad. Second shot I had to be in bed for 2 days. First day wasn't too bad, but second day I had basically a bad flu level of symptoms.

I got both pfizer, the first shot I just felt like I had a light cold for like a week. The second shot made me feel nauseous and weak, but only for one day.

I only got my first dose of Pfizer. Nothing really happened. My arm was sore almost immediately, but only barely. I went back to work and made it a point to use my arm the whole day.

Woke up the next day feeling fine. No pain at all. Just a bit of tenderness when I poked the spot where I got the shot.

I haven’t had it yet because of the stuffing around that’s going on here with the vaccines. There’s just not enough to go around and it’s a real mess here and people are reluctant to get it because of the side effects especially with AstraZeneca.

My entire family got symptomatic COVID after being fully vaccinated. Didn't get sick from the actual vaccine which were moderna and pfizer.

I took the first AZ shot about a month ago.

I only started feeling a bit of a fever (38°C max) 10 hours after taking the shot, felt a tolerable nausea after waking up for few hours and I was completely fine after completing the 24h after the shot.

I got my first dose of the Sinovak vaccine two days ago and i had no side effects just my arm is still sore

Someone I know got the Pfizer without any complications so far. Something that I'm concerned about is if new variants keep coming out and people keep taking new vaccines for those. It seems like getting exposed to weakened forms of the virus multiple times would possibly put people at greater risk of contracting it.

A lot of people recommended the Pfizer shot so I took that one. The worse I felt was tiredness and my left arm was sore, like when you start working out again after missing the gym for so long?

The second shot was not as bad. I highly recommend that you set aside at LEAST two days so you can recover from the first shot.

It took me a day and a half to recover from the first shot. Just half a day after the second.

I got Pfizer. Other than my arm being really sore for a few days, I experienced no side effects after either dose.

I got first shot of moderna and only effect I got, I could not sleep on the left side, because it bring a bit muscle aches

I got my first dose of Sinovac and i feel really sleepy after for the whole day. And then the next day my arm started to feel sore and that lasted for couple of days. No serious side effect at all.

I got AZ.

1st dose, got sick that night. Next day all better, even able to get an exercise session.

2nd dose, none. But Goddamn it was not a smooth process when getting the vaccine. I was so pissed.

getting my second shot today, so can't tell you how i felt after the second shot. but for the first one, my arm just felt like it got punched multiple times in a row and left a bruise.

Just got my second dose yesterday. The exact same thing happened, except I laid down on my arm because I forgot I even got the vaccine after a long day of working. My arm got sore again after that. But I went to sleep and woke up fine.

My body is powerful.

but jokes on you it always beats too fast because i sleep for like 3 hours a day and then drink 3 cups of coffee

I got Pfizer myself. All I had for both shots was a sore arm and a bit of a headache.

I had Pfizer and generally felt ok. Sore arm, but aside from that no side effects.

Everyone people around me (wether they had covid or not) who took the Pfizer vaccine were fine, slight sore arms max.

For me it was a different story lol. My first shot, I ended up with a sore arm and a 103 degrees fever for three days. Second shot, 100 degrees for that day.

Still beat actually having covid though, that experience was another level.

I got AZ

first dose: it was alright the rest of the day as I got it in the morning, but during like 2 at night I developed fever which lasted till the end of the second day.. soreness in my arm remained for around 3 days...

Haven't got the second dose yet...

Btw I did get infected before with covid so maybe that plays some role

Light fever symptoms on the first night and a sore arm, was all gone the next day (first dose)

I got my first dose earlier today and I feel just fine, my arm feels a lil bit sore, but nothing to be concerned about.

I got both of my shots so all I had was body aches and I was really tired.

Yeah. After the first dose I only had a sore arm. But after the second dose I had fever, sore arm, armpit pain and swelling on the arm that was injected. I also had diarrhea and some muscle pain. It only lasted 2 days though. I had the Pfizer vaccine.
