I'm starting to become apathetic to the unfairness of line distribution

Problem with K-Pop groups with a lot of members is that them those whose voice doesn’t suit the concept or aren’t the main vocalist always end up as the “yeah” adlibs persons

Also how can Haseul - a trained vocalist who literally did opera - have such a low amount of lines?

it would be fine if they were given some screentime or centre but they are literally nowhere.. I didn't even see gowon the first two times I watched the MV

and they consistently dont get both lines and screentime in titles

That's I'm having a hard time understanding

We have UR which has a good line distribution i think it's the first time in the entire loona discography were Vivi has more than 5 seconds

anybody who's also a fan/was a fan of a group like izone or ioi (also GG with >10 members)

how does Loona's line distribution compare to those groups?

Tbh Loona could have been something like nct with subunits that are changing and one group comeback a year or two years. They have so many members with center potential and that’s why it is sad that this gets reduced to a few seconds

I never pay attention to line distribution. But there are couple of times when I feel like “Isnt her line too short”. But never dive in deep about how they feel. Not gonna make baseless assumptions.

Apart from the groups you mentioned, I was also a fan of 4Minute, After School, Girl's Day, and AOA. 4Minute was a whole lot of HyunA, AOA was a whole lot of ChoA, Girl's Day was a whole lot of Minah and After School was a whole lot of Kahi (and Raina). After School and 4Minute were a lot like T-ara, where it was 'normal' and reoccurring for certain members to only get 3 secs in an entire song. Girl's Day and AOA were like SISTAR, where the main vocalist basically sang everything (even the lead vocalist barely sang, let alone the sub vocalists).

There's too much star power in the group that's why they are having a hard time distributing the lines , one of the girls could be centers in other groups, i remember back in their debut days Jinsole barley had lines but now she has a lot of them

They have great vocals, i'm impressed with their ballads, they really shine in these vocally focused songs.

Who are the top aces in Loona? TBH i only focus on Heejin, but who else is a quadruple threat/center type (vocals, dance, rap, visuals)?

It's honestly ridiculous tbh. There were so many less vocally challenging parts that could've been easily given to vivi and gowon.

And you if didn't give them much lines, atleast give some decent screentime? They made individual sets for each of the girls just not show it in the mv. What was the reason?

Atleast, hyunjin, yeojin and haseul got to shine this time.
