I bias mostly leaders I can't pick a favorite :C

S Coups, Yongguk, RM, Hongjoong, Bang Chan, Onew, Jihyo... I also really appreciate Leeteuk as a leader. I don't stan him or Suju that much but he has to be one of the best leaders in kpop

Edit: all of them adapt well with their group dynamics and can maintain order while also respecting individual members wishes. Also several of them are my biases, kinds got a thing for leaders.

Soyeon. (G)I-DLE literally couldn't exist without her. She's responsible for all of the hits and has obviously been instrumental in the development of the group's sound.

Soyeon, Soobin and Jungwon. Soobin is a great person who is very patient, understanding and has a good relationship with each member, he holds the group together. Jungwon is a witty guy and I admire that quality. I think he fits his position despite his age. Soyeon doesn't need an explanation.

Although I don’t stan SuJu anymore, I would have to say Leeteuk. He has done a remarkable job in keeping them together as a group for 15 years and through his own personal hardships and tragedies. He is like a father figure to the members and cares more about their welfare than his own at times. He is a great MC as well . I don’t think SuJu would’ve lasted this long without his superb leadership.

I agree with many already posted. I'm gonna add Irene.

She loves her girls so much. She woke up Yeri in the mornings to get her ready for school since the 5th grade, ironed her uniforms, prepared food for her and Joy, take care of them when they were sick. She was the first person to approach Joy as a friend, not as someone older when they were trainees. She would massage Joy when she was tired. She would stay with Wendy til all hours in the morning while she practiced in the studio. She doesn't hesitate to splurge on them if it's things they want. She cooks them seaweed soup on their birthdays. Recently, Wendy texted in the group chat jokingly/offhandedly to say she wanted a drink and Irene got and delivered Wendy her fave kind. She encourages open discussions about their feelings and frustrations and listens to all their issues without giving them any burdens of her own. She encourages them to speak on occasions where the leader would usually do the honors. She'll clean off all the meat from the bones and feed her members first before she starts eating. Johnny and Doyoung from NCT have expressed gratitude for her kindness and support to them as well.

Though she takes being the leader seriously, she sees herself as a equal contributor to the group and that all of them together as a team make RV what it is.

No scandals. Passionate, positive, hard worker. Always smiling, cheerful and kind to EVERYONE. Spreads happy virus all over the places. She is really really good at aegyo which is enough to melt almost all sunbaes heart. Younger members follow that attitude and That is why OMG is one of the most beloved ggs by artists & staffs since they were not popular.

She has the sweetest, most caring heart but can also goof off with her members, but also be the mature, logical leader a group needs. She has got the most positive attitude ever, and is incredibly hard working. She leads by example.

My favorite KPOP group leader is Twice Jihyo because she always cares for her members and they easily gravitate towards her. It melted my heart that the Twice members nominated as her being the leader and imo, out of all the members, she makes the best leader. She is talkative too and can easily represent the group (in Korean, in English not so much because no one in Twice is confident in English) and I may be a little biased cuz she's my ult lmao.
