Who’s the “it” boy of the 4th gen?
-
-
well any of that got MC jobs at music shows?
-
-
-
None? Does any 4th gen male idol even have solo activities in Korea?
-
-
-
I could see the valid argument for Yeonjun

Yes! I know some Stray Kids members have done that before. Lee Know if I remember right, and Hyunjin for a bit too, but I could be remembering wrong, I’d have to check.
-
none. no one has even reached kang daniel's peak, much less gdragon.
-
-
-
There’s none in 4th Gen.
-
None have truly reached the it boy level
Being biased but knowledgeable, yeonjun has fashion collaborations, solo photoshoots, an actual MC gig and he's been called that by medias but it isn't solidified as of yet, for that you'd need 4th gen bgs to become relevant in sk and while txt is slightly better off than the rest, it's still quite far from say Jimin or Kang Daniel

yeonjun makes sense
-
Cfs, magazine shoots and variety show appearances too. If anyone has acted in a drama or promoted as a solo artist that ofc counts too.
I wouldn’t count music show hosting since they’re always hosted by newely debuted idols.

Yeonjun is inkigayo MC, getting some solo magazine shoots JP and korea, catwalk model in newyork fashion week, duet with enhypen and writing his own lyrics, design his own clothing line and model it for brand fashion ulkin, currently guest creative director of Prive Alliance with Baekhyun.

I'm here to promoting yawnzzn crazydoll86 the biggest moawajjunies

Yeonjun works on his own personal and artistic brand, it doesn't depend so much on whether he has a big fandom behind him. His commercial dealings, his presence on instagram and tik Tok were generated by himself and not MOA. just look at the stage presence that is handled.

that's not the definition of an it boy. he had a hit and got popular but then what happened?
does that mean that Zico was an it boy after topping the charts with "Any Song"?
how many solo artists or idols topping the charts and getting popular with cfs left and right?
even Daniel lost his status (after the group's disbandment and the dating news)
overall the it "someone" in Korea is usually mostly females with the exception of some actors

No lol im not gonna go pull up receipts or anything cause i dont care enough abt the matter but Bobby was constantly talked about after SMTM. And not it wasnt because he was at the top of the charts. Idk what the point is of trying to dispute what im saying but i was following Bobby back then i can 100% tell u he was what people consider an "it" boy. What happened after? He stopped being trendy because YG mismanaged him and iKON and never fully capitalized on his fame. Something "it" is abt a trend after all. He was simply forgotten afterwards. Jennie and Suzy for example were both "it" girls but they've surpassed that status now and are household names.

At least it's a funny one.

I see the appeal. Also, was he trying to imitate her? If not, how did fans find a clip where they make literally the exact same expression? That kind of stuff always impresses me: where fans find a time that an idol made the same face as some animal or cartoon character and it matches up nearly perfectly.

Nah, yeonjun doesn't even watch anime
I guess it's just coincidence because Anya meme is kinda booming and Yeonjun always looks like that when he's grinning to scared people.
But indeed for anime fan is easier to looking for look alike E43dJZIUcAI2Yvw.jpg

Probably, but still! Fans are so talented at finding stuff like that. I actually didn't know that, interesting!
