As much as I hate generalization, I begrudgingly agree that this is too rampant at times.

If i remember correctly people were worried that disgusting people were going to make dirty images or videos using the AI members and how it could mentally affect the real members of aespa since they were based of them like there supposedly is dirty images of KDA characters from league of legends

I think Western fans are gonna be far more blasé cause let's face it I just watched Chloe Bailey's new MV and hoo boy.

I can see why people would feel they're sexualised but I also think it's because their concept of high fashion/modelling is inherently sexualised. I don't have a problem if it's Sakura, Chaewon, Yunjin cause I think they can say no if they want, but they need to be careful with the younger ones. The introduction videos at least were very age appropriate, so hopefully they'll keep it in mind.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the Casting Call video because it portrays exactly what it says it does, a casting call for models, but I also think they need to be careful not to cross a line especially with the minors. But I don't want to see anyone else flinging around the word casting couch bc there's absolutely nothing in the video that suggests that.

It couldn't be further from the truth. I came here because I've fallen in LOVE with the music and I love to talk about it. If I wanted to lust for young women/girls there are literally thousands upon thousands of web sites that offer anything & everything to gratify any type of desire.

Look, if someone wants to tell an older adult male that it's abnormal for them to love K-Pop that's accurate based on the data & demographics, but that doesn't mean that they should be discriminated against. Nor does that mean that one should gender stereotype them as misogynistic or a pervert because they love music in which the artists are young and attractive.

At the end of the day, I really don't think I need to feel guilty that I find it to be a pleasant experience watching a beautiful idol sing & dance. Just like I don't need to feel guilty when I watch my local female meteorologist give the weather and say to myself ("she looks very pretty, I love her hair"), and the same goes for the young female cashier that is checking me out at the grocery store. Hitting on her as a married man would be one thing, but THINKNG that she's attractive is another.

I really hope there doesn't come a day when I have to view Ryujin or Winter as nothing more than a potted plant or I will have committed a crime.

I did not made a general statement towards adult or adult male who love kpop

But adult males here in akp

There is only a handful of adult male here and half of them at some point or another exhibited questionable behavior

It's actually far from their behavior in kpop and more on every other topic

Examples: predatory behaviors towar underage users, mensplaining period and pregnancy to female users, going ham on female users who want to be childfree and trying to convince them motherhood is beautiful.

Don't even get me started on our famous teshub and drew and their takes.

Like kpop all you want, no one is stopping you
