I didn't mention Stereotype because i think it's reception is in between so bad and asap. It's more leaning towards positive. But no where praised as much as so bad is over here.

This feels like personal attack because I actually find 'ASAP' bland and 'So Bad' as their best song to date
I like 'So Bad' mainly because of the pre chorus and chorus. They are singing there which is getting rare in kpop. I don't like filler choruses with screaming shouting or fast talking or only instrumentals hence I end up not liking many kpop songs. Your producers have to be really good to pull off those kind of choruses. Hook lines and choreo is addictive. The song also ended up showing their talent and skills so it gets an extra point.

It's very palatable for a wide range of taste.
"ASAP" is great, but it took a good while for me to truly appreciate. People here really hyped up "ASAP," too, saying it reminded them of second gen. I didn't understand that at first, but it grew on me, especially after listening to it in a different setting. Now it's one of my favorites.
"STEREOTYPE," though, is my most played title of track of theirs. I feel like it's the one song that's truly underrated on AKP.

For all the praise and love this song gets its a flop on every platform. Lol. It's obviously asap which took off and gained popularity. I am not saying streams necessarily mean quality but i would think a song that's pretty much loved so much would have higher action.

Compared to both ASAP and stereotype it has way lesser. For a song that I have seen so praised all over everywhere among international fans I would except around same numbers as ASAP or stereotype. Reminds me of many songs that international fans hype up but the streams and etc don't match it. I'll say people aren't really seeking it out like the other two.

ASAP grew on me and I listen to it pretty often but I did think that it was boring before. It still doesn't really "pop" for me but Stereotype is not that good for me but I still listen to it, like I like it but subjectively, there's something off about it for me. So, I don't really know

I think that may be what it is for me and ASAP. The chorus for me is anticlimactic and as the backbone of a song, I feel like it could be better? That might be what it is and why people called it bland.
Cuz I remember that, when the song came out, the reactions were really mixed on this forum.

I can acknowledge that ASAP and Stereotype were more popular than So Bad but that doesn't stop it from being subjectively better in someone's opinion...
Isn't this about people's opinions about their title tracks on this forum? Sorry but I don't think that should have any impact on what people think.
So why bring charting and streams in this when this is a discussion about opinions here?
