Not really, 2-3 countries can carry groups on the 200.
NiziU has the most weeks/songs on the 200 chart, with 99% support coming from japan. Doesnt mean they are popular globally.

Apple music gives more money to the artist and it's also qualify for Mama too. Apple music is also biggest streaming services in US (cmiiw).

Aespa is 4th highest best performing kpop idol below only bts, lisa and twice.
If aespa only popular in 2-3 countries like they said, they wouldn't be able to chart high in here even their faves are out of the top200 currently
