Twice popularised the encore stage

I always liked encore stages since SNSD, SJ, Shinee days because you can hear great raw vocals and different versions with adlibs. Espcially nowadays compared to performances where the real voices can't be heard even for those who "sing live". NCT Dream, NCT 127, and Red Velvet rocked every encore this year even though they had plenty. That's why I will always be salty over SM or MBC for not uploading aespa's only encore. Even Ningning talked about being happy and excited for their encore in her bubble after they returned home.. only for the channel not to upload it sigh...

Tbh, i dont know why only Twice receive so much hate for this. I saw other encores that are equally bad or worst and nobody say shit (BTS, TXT, etc ) Must be because Kpoopies defend male idols much more that female idols.

Lisa popularised it with her "one more time" memes.

I remember knets hating on txt and even bts v "on" encore stage. Not as much as Twice though.

Ningning is so sweet and thoughtful. Maybe they will add it tomorrow.

Do u all think it is weird like at the end it seemed like they were rushing or the MBC was behind schedule or something, they even stopped winter from having her speech… so that’s why the encore was not happening or cut.

Sounds like he is trying too much for me, her voice sound forced (in comparison with V). But sure, why not, lets say he is ok.

I kind of agree with this. I have always watched my faves encores naturally but I don't think they were such a big deal before the Twice encore saga.

Beside V starting the song with a few off pitch because of all the distraction there. Their singing and rapping were fine. Nothing close to anything u guys sayin here.

EXO encore stages were always a thing because EXO would pick a “challenge” during their encore stage and do it if they won. Not sure if all groups do something like that but they were always a big deal for EXOL.

Well, when you have so many encores, there's bound to be one or two that something goes wrong in.

Maybe that's the problem with the other groups ...... not enough encores.

What you actually mean is a slave room that involved blackmailing minors popularised encore stages.

More and More wasn't Twice's first bad encore. It wasn't a kpop groups first bad encore. The only reason it blew up is because there was an organised movement to spread it and get it as much attention as possible so the group could be dragged and reputation impacted.

It obviously worked perfectly as all Twice got for weeks and even now still, is abuse for that (way more than normal) from people that just wait on reasons to jump on the group. AKP users being no different.

The Enyhphen one I saw recently is pretty bad too.
