I don't know who would be the worst or best but I would want my ult to be given the role to see if his personality would change. I've seen it before in a former bias and I want to see if it happens to my current ult.

If Yeji is not the leader of ITZY I think Chaeryoung is the best fit for the role because she always care for her members

I chose Jisoo because despite being a 4D personality and can be the most extra, she is mature when she needs to be. Not to mention she's the oldest and is super caring for her members. She also cries the least with maybe Rose crying the most

Twice (they already have the best leader but oh well)

Best: Jeongyeon

Worst: Sana or Mina

I chose Jeongyeon because she is always comforting the members, especially Nayeon. Nayeon is the oldest but can be childish sometimes and acts like a maknae sometimes and gets comforting more from the younger members. I still love her though

For the worst, I chose Sana or Mina, because, even though I love them, they probably wouldn't be fit to be leader since Sana is more of the mood bringer of the group can be childish sometimes, and Mina is the shyest member of Twice. I still love them though

I can't think about a better leader than Suho, RM, Bang Chan and Hongjoong for exo, bts, stray kids and ateez they are just the exactly definition of a leader

Jhope would be the best fit and yoongi the worst imo, tho we already have the perfect leader in namu

Itzy : Best : None / Worst : Lia & Ryujin in 2tzy with Yeji & Yuna they tell Lia & Ryujin are the worst to become leader :D

Best : Chaeyeon (older, can speak english, mature), or Chaewon (more matured). Eunbi is by far the best at it and its not even close though.

Worst : Wonyoung (way to young) or Sakura (worst korean) though Sakura has the age.

I think she is too soft for being leader. She's the real baby of Itzy, even Yuna take care of her. For me the best choice was Lia but since Yeji & Yuna said in 2tzy she was the worst choice for become leader with Ryujin, i think only Yeji can suit the leader role lmao
