bro im like the biggest fearnot ever but i agree... they could honestly spend even a fraction of this energy on another song and im sure it would help A LOT. eve has already reached a certain peak, so i dont think its rlly necessary anymore.

definitely! i think it could have been rlly popular if they had promoted it properly. i mean... it was never promoted as much but is STILL their most popular bside (apart from eve)

I'm just joking around bro I have read your whole thread first before I wrote that. Yeah agree but I think they have had a project from the start featuring a bunch of artist, already recorded from the very beginning so now they have to release it.

It's disappointing to discover that Source Music has difficulty handling songs that are "popular/viral." Although handling unexpected popularity might be difficult, it can also be a chance for growth and achievement. The exposure and fan base of Source Music's artists might grow by converting these viral hits into long-lasting trends with proper planning, promotion, and engagement with the public.

What's surprising is HYBE not saying enough is enough, so they do really give a lot of leeway when it comes to management of individual labels, so kudos to them, I guess?

Yeah. source need to learn how to handle a viral hit from Brave entertainment.

Just let it go viral and use all the money on your boy group.

I dont really think there is a "Source Music" anymore, i think LSRFM is mostly being run by Bighit, Source Music is pretty much a label in name only.

With respect to Bluebeard getting promoted like crazy, my guess is, there are egos at play between Bighit/Source and Ador, remember, MHJ was originally tied to Source but then suddenly she ended up with her own label. She probably didnt see eye to eye with Source/Bighit and now we have some "friendly" intra-corporate competition going on lol. Bluebeard is the biggest "B side turned single" hit since Forever Young, i cant remember the last time a true B side hit #3 on Melon. This is one thing even NJ cant claim since Ador has stated that ETA, Super Shy, OMG, Ditto, Attention, Cookie and Hybe Boy should all be considered singles.

So end result - we get bombarded with remix after remix lol.

If the goal is virality, the strategy should be in getting the song in new environments instead of promoting remixes to the fanbase over and over.

us? im pretty sure they're gonna go there for the world tour but rn its still asia. the res of this year will be the asia tour, a mini album in between, and i think that's it for now. the fimmies will prob go to the us next year for their tour.

i like fearless waaaaay better, in fact I'm one of the few that doesn't care about blue flame. For me fearless is the best choice from that album.

Having said that; i agree about eve (there's zero chances I'll learn the song's name, sigh).i don't like unforgiven, i find it annoying

They could have promoted Fire in the Belly. They could spend their energies on another song. It's starting to get a little boring for me too. Although it is my favorite bside, they have been promoting for 3 months. I wonder if it's because they want to win the b-side of the year award. Maybe that's why Source is constantly promoting. If so it makes sense.

That's why I love Sm music more. There are always best bridge parts on the title tracks. Bridge part is it's the trademark of Sm songs. Fearless has build up but they couldn't add a small bridge part. They didn't need to have a grand bridge parts like SM did, but they could add a little bit of Yunjin's voice. For example, the Chaewon bridge section in Antifragile is one of my favourites.

and this is the reason why i don't like sm music lol. Their bridges make no sense, they don't fit the rest of the songs
