I think Jihyo. First she trained for a long time and had set backs before debut, she was still a teen when leading a group that exploded rapidly and had huge public exposure and company pressure before turning 20.

She's faced a lot of issues in her time with member hiatus, mental health issues, body shaming, witch hunted online, had her private life exposed, etc and none of that has ever stopped her for leading one of the biggest groups of all time.

Its also just much much more difficult to be a woman in Kpop, or any industry in a massively patriarchal society like SK so to see how she has handled it and took care of Twice members over the last 5 years has made me as a fan enormously proud.

I think Bang Chan is/will be too. He's very caring and hardworking, but I think he's in a different position from the other 3 now. The members are younger on average and I think he will need to learn to delegate more so he doesn't overwork himself. Also, I think he gets hurt easily when something happens and blames himself too much.

In my opinion, good leader isn't the one who take care of the members, this can be done by the older ones. Good leader is the one that knows how to push the members to strive to be better.
