Can you live without your phone?
-

absolutely, but then I would need my laptop or else
-
Not really, I do need it to keep in touch with my daughter and partner but wouldn't miss the internet side of it. In fact, it gives me more anxiety especially in these times.

Purposefully? No.
Would I? Short of this happening... no

i have to ditch them now because i gained 5 kilos during the pandemic but i'm terribly failing at it, i've just finished 100g of chocolate
i didn't have a headache :D but i wasn't allowed to eat them, my intestines were messed up so badly due to some medical issues and it took me six months to recover. it was tough especially since everybody around me ate them on daily basis

I think I would be fine without it, but any work communication is done via phone (WhatsApp, usually) and it's hard to keep my phone away from me knowing we could receive important information at any time. And I do mean, at ANY time. (I silence notifications on the weekend and holidays, though.) Right now, I do feel like I need it because my parents are out of town and I need to keep in touch with them. But otherwise, I could probably do without on a weekend. Not during the week though.

I definitely can't survive without my phone, I feel that I have become addicted to social networks. Modern life is such that very few people do not have a profile in one or more social networks. Social networks help us to share information, experience, communicate with friends, like-minded people who are hundreds of thousands of kilometers away from us, and always be aware of everything that happens in their lives, as well as keep track of famous personalities or do shopping in their stores. Generally, I sit and straty develop their social networks as I want to become a blogger, not long ago I learned about SMM Panel which helps promote your pages in social networks think it will be useful to me.
