A piece of advice that I would give to my younger self is a quote of Warren Buffet…
What advice would you give a younger you?

stop thinking you're the centre of the world and everyone whose opinions dont align with you is a "hater"
-
work hard in uni trust me its fun and its gonna matter more than your school
-
put that pencil down!!! u are NOT an artist!!! avoid people who's name starts with an "A" or a "J". Stop worrying about other people think about urself more!! don't be scared of labels!! but also don't feel like u NEED to define urself by one!! it's okay to just not have a label on everything!!

get a part time job!!

That first inkling you had that there's something wrong... listen to it. Go see a therapist or a doctor and tell them you are depressed.
Stop putting so much pressure on yourself in school. You will burn out completely.
Cherish the time you have with your mom before it's over.
-
don't be a pushover
-
You need not doubt yourself if you've taken the time to really consider your actions and reactions, so stop and ponder twice, then once more for good measure, then go and execute since the only way to advance is to move forward. Your father was right and you'll have to admit it. Confidence is super attractive.
-
so stop and ponder twice, then once more for good measure
As a Once, I approve of this message!

It's okay that you're not perfect at cutting paper with scissors, 6-year old me.

- Don't invest emotionally in people unless you're sure they care the same way you do. You'll end up disappointed and hurt, otherwise.
- Spend as much time as you can with your mom. Tell her you love her all the time. You'll regret you didn't enough.
- Believe in yourself and don't let anyone bring you down. You'll make it. Just hang on and keep the faith.
- Family is everything, so never take them for granted.
-
Cherish the time you have with your mom before it's over.
This hit too close to home
-
If I were young again, I would tell myself not to waste opportunities, they may never come around again or not for a long time.
-
get a part time job!!
LOL very relatable
-
Family is everything, so never take them for granted.
True, teenager me didn't understand the value of family.
-

-
wish i could tell the me from yesterday to START YOUR PAPER CAUSE UR GONNA BE CRAMMING IT LAST MINUTE
-
it gets better
-
-no one knows you better than yourself, let them assume
-don't let that person in your life, say no, you'll be facing the consequences later
-after a while, it's not the bad memories you remember, but the bits of good that will stand out and you never realized it before, cherish it while it's in the moment not when it's already passed
-
don't trust men easily.
-
-
Do better in school and figure out wtf you wanna do with your life so you don't keep getting stuck in these garbage jobs that don't treat you right and make you unhappy.
-
Always be there for family, they were there for you. People come and go in life. Especially friends. The friends that leave, they will leave. Trust your judgement. Even when you feel like you're lacking, you already accomplished so much already. Remember to be kind. Finally, you're wise. You're the monkey. Pierce the skies as that Sagittarius. You got it.

It's important to be an optimist but overdoing it is toxic positivity. Also, you are responsible for the problems you get into 99.9% of the time, so do your best to improve.
Also: walk away from a fight, especially if it doesn't give you money or anything substantial. Let people win. It's not a big thing.

don't get a job
-
Sleep more. Worry less.
-
go to medical school
-
stop underestimating yourself
you can do it
even if u dont, its not the end of the world
-
don’t go to med school
-
- don't do something if you know you'll regret it later
- loving yourself isn't showing off or being selfish unless you're using it to make someone else feel bad
- stop overthinking, it won't matter in a few years
- stop doubting and questioning yourself, you're doing just fine
-
Do NOT date the green mohawk haired man, focus on your career only. DO NOT DO IT
-
-
-
It's okay to not have things in control, not everyone will like you
to start improving just start first and not just watch tutorials , it'll all come on it's own
-
Take care of yourself and stop putting others before your needs. Be nicer and stop worrying so much. Don't focus on guys because they don't like you at all. Focus on school and only school. And don't join a kpop forum because your lonley!!
-
go to medical school
don’t go to med school
this is my brain irl lmao
-
Kinda cliche, but don't give as much as a fuck about what people think about you
And don't skip school!
-
- Don't try to predict every second of the future, people's reactions and stop creating random scenarios in your head, 'cause you'll end up as an anxious wreck in the future. It's hard to get out of that state, so just chill and let the life be. You can't control life anyway.
- Be gentle to yourself, your choices in life and go find a therapist as soon as possible.
- Stop saying negative shit and build a fckn self-esteem. This bad shit end up fixing on your brain and it's hard to start seeing a bright light again (but there's always hope).
- There's no problem on saying "Yes!" sometimes. Get out of your house to find your friends and have fun, and don't be over obedient to your parents, 'cause it's not gonna worth it in any way.
And you're not as ugly as you think you are. It's okay to be an average looking girl.

Be a little selfish, think about yourself for once. Speak up, show your emotions. Don't care about what others think.
