Is your name common/popular in your country?

First name or last name?
-
Yes it's common, but the spelling isn't lol

'Harleen' is commonly used by people (even tho i only met one person with my name) but my dad wanted to be classier and make it easy for foreigners to pronounce my name beacuse they exaggerate or extend the 'A' sound. So my spellings are HERLEEN. Just a difference of one letter but they pronounce my name the way it should be pronounced in India. Name is common but spellings ain't.

I was named after my aunt. My name is considered old fashioned in the UK, but not in a cutesy way, more like 70s huge perm way.
My Nan's name is Irene. I used to think I'd dodged a bullet by not being named after her, but her name has had some positive PR via Red Velvet

My first name (Alexandre) is common enough. It's a classic name since the Renaissance era I think. It's been given pretty consistenly through the generations. It's a timeless name which won't trend but won't get old either.

Unfortunately yes. I’ve hardly come across it much at all not even at school. I wanted a more popular name.
