Nah, at such early stage of their career Korea is pretty important market. If they were like 2-3 years in and more internationally established, they wouldn't kick him out. Like with Taeyoung for example, or with Irene. They guy is just unfortunate to get into trouble so soon. Similar thing with Garam, I am pretty sure, she wouldn't be kicked out so easily if it wasn't just a week since their debut when the controversy errupted.
Lot is subjective, nct has 28 members, there are japanese groups that have 50-130 members so a group of 28 members isn't a lot in that context
Yall are using AKB groups as an example all the time, completely disregarding the way that group operates. AKB members are basically just your girls next doors. Most of them ain't celebrities, they get like monthly wages and perform in theaters. They don't operate as actual pop group. Only those who win senbatsu then get to promote the single as celebrities.
