Let's be honest, ITZY would be huge if they got the LESSERAFIM treatment, Twice the IVE treatment and NMIXX the NewJeans treatment

I can see itzy singing a song like antifragile, but twice singing love dive? nope. The song & concept fit best for a young teenage group.

I can see twice doing something like love dive but itzy? There already are on the path to nothing, JYP can't rebrand them anymore. They are on their 50th rebrand right now. Another one will just annoy midzy's even more. They don't know who they are as a group. If they released something like anti fragile than people will be even more confused. Itzy doesn't even know who itzy is.

Twice would really benefit from a mature classy song like love dive, or even after like. I don't think twice is so bad it's just that if they stuck with the fancy concept and evolved from there they would be fine. Hopefully there next comeback is a beautiful royal classy concept. They'd really do well in that.

Nothing about the song itself really lends to teens as opposed to adults. It's the visuals that give that sense... but the song itself was originally gonna be a Sunmi track.

After Like would suit Twice better than Love Dive. No other gg could pull off Love Dive better than Ive. I can see Twice doing well on charts again if they had matured the same way Apink did. Their music now is not bad but kind of generic? They need that unique touch that doesnt feel half assed, and their original concept although tiring at some point at least stood out.

Ik. She herself said the song would suit a girl group better and I don't think she had a veteran group like Twice in mind when she said that.

In terms of promotion and management, yes. Everyone can see how shit Jype's management towards their gg. For example, if they let Itzy doing individual activities like Soumu did to lsf, they might in different position today.

Now about Nmixx. All it would take JYP is to choose better songs for them because the girls are talented. And give them original concept and styling. But no, they give Nmixx that noise and just reuse what we've already seen in other groups styling and mvs. Of course it's going to harm Nmixx. The only reason Nmixx still is relevant is because of the company itself, JYP.

I think Nmixx would benefit of f(x) treatment, to be honest.

JYPs current problem are the songs.

1. Itzy has loud music, but lacks a strong center, Ryujin is great but not for the center position, more like Ace. Yeji does a great job as ace. Lia is a joke. Chaeryoung does her least important member position justice, kinda perfect for it, she gets a lot of sympathy and the fandom loves her. Yuna is doing an amazing job as visual but she is no center.

Itzy can benefit by having better music and keep all their fans, to not lose more.

2. Twice has nothing to prove, huge and strong fan base internationally, they don’t need Korea anymore they are doing great in the west, biggest GG, sold out concerts, merch, sales. They are doing better than BlackPink except maybe in recognition.

I would love them to get hits in Melon though, but it is what it is.

I would love for them to take over Iz*one’s concept and not this boring mature one

3. Nmixx. I don’t know how to save these girls, the worst part is that I love their songs. I think the members are lacking. To ‘’save’’ them, we need a SullYoon and friends kind of situation, but that wouldn’t save the group, quite in the contrary, but it would be the best for the company.

As a JYP Stan, it is a very tough time for us.

I think problem is Jyp. I hope they improve on the concept and the music. I can see that Itzy can do antifragile.

Recently I've actually been thinking that it's pretty weird to have Ryujin as the center with her "tomboy" persona. Not like she takes over every song or something though but idk, I was just thinking her center status is weird. Not in the "How is she the center" way like when they debuted but more like idk it's weird that someone with this kind of image is the center or balance of the song

It’s not the always the music it’s the way they’re promoted at least for Itzy and Twice

imo its song choice for Nmixx and Twice.

If Twice got Nayeon's Pop song, they would have had resurged in Korea, but tbh what's the point since most of their income comes from foreign markets.

For Nmixx, their management team just need to stop eating magic mushrooms.

For Itzy, they have got good enough songs, but since Lia had her scandal its affected the group.

JPY is more of a figurehead. Each group has their own management team who makes the decisions.
