Have you ever been unable to distinguish faces between members of a group but after getting to know them you don't understand why people can't tell them apart

Aespa - i used to get ningning, giselle and winter confused all the time. Karina was the only one I could differentiate but I can tell the difference now.

Txt - before I properly got into them I always got taehyun and beomgyu confused and now I don't know why.

Newjeans - really weird because now they all look so different but when attention first dropped the only ones I could differentiate were hyein and Danielle. Hanni was almost impossible. I also thought hanni and minji looked the youngest at first but after watching all their content now it's very obvious they're the oldest.

Ive - for the life of me I couldn't tell them apart except for wonyoung. But now I can spot her, yujin and gaeul thanks to the new hairstyle, but I still find it hard to spot rei, liz and leeseo sometimes. I'm getting there though I think.

New Jeans. I can only recognised Danielle first.

i used to have that problem when i first got into kpop, it took me a long time to be able to differentiate between members and even more when their styling was the same

now i can usually tell everyone apart immediately and once i learn their names i'm good. but for some reason, i can't tell the difference between jiwoo and kyuijin. they have the exact same face to me and it's very confusing.

Same, the easiest one for me to recognise at the beginning was Namjoon. I used to mistake Tae and JK, and Jin and Hobi

I still can't differentiate between momo and sana.

Also in itzy, I only know 3 members, the main vocalist, the fierce cat-eyed one and the sexy elegant one whose name starts with Ch- I think. I can't differentiate between the remaining two.

GFriend, I thought they all were sisters and newjeans I couldn't tell them apart when i watched their mv for the first time.

that me back in 2010 when I got into kpop and my first group was super junior.

I almost died finding out eunhyuks name.

I'm surprised you can't tell Ryujin the only short haired member in the group. Yuna is also the tallest member. This two most striking members of both are at first glance. I think the groups I have no problem distinguishing are Itzy, Shinee, Blackpink, Aespa. But it's really hard to tell Red Velvet at first cause all member looks like a sisters. Also, it is difficult to recognize the faces of all members of large groups.

Both look the same to me. In the beginning, I used to think that Itzy were only 4. I thought that those two were one member. Now, I can't differentiate them

I never get members of kpop group confused anymore even if I don't know the members by name I can tell they are different people. When I first started following kpop I did get members confused because the area where I come from doesn't have many koreans so it was hard telling them apart, but after following kpop for several years I have no problem distinguishing faces
