This is always the dilemma in situations like this. I've noticed there's an uptick in such concerns recently, so I think we should strive for some sort of balance when discussing these topics.
1. It's important to raise awareness about issues, particularly ones that happen more frequently in this industry.
2. It's also important not to assume instantly an idol is going through something.
We can achieve both by being mindful.
Big difference between:
"Oh no! She needs to eat more. She looks underweight, stressed, and malnourished."
and
"I hope she's doing fine! Wishing good health and happiness! Hwaiting!"
There's some gray area in this, if you get what I mean. I don't want us to suppress all discussions revolving around it, as it makes sense to raise awareness about an issue this industry is prone to. Awareness has helped companies care for their idols more. We've seen this in recent history. At the same time, we have to be careful not to make judgmental assumptions based on superficial cues.

Wonyoung had a baby fat on her face when she was in Izone and which she'd naturally lose with age. The only way you lose baby fat otherwise is by exhausting your body, cause face is the last place you lose the fat from.

nobody should ever make derogatory comments about someone's body, but I have a HUGE issue with the way some people have attacked others for "bodyshaming" her or worse "glorifying obesity" when they express concern. It's completely normal to be worried when you see this and I find it more alarming that some don't want to see it and just deny it.
