Today I realized I have yet to cry in 2022. I think thats not normal. 4 month without tears? I think I would benefit from a good cry and letting all my emotions out but its not happening.

sometimes less, sometimes more depending on if i'm really stressed out over something or not.you gotta cry!! release all the emotions! it's not good to bottle everything up or avoid what you're feeling inside. it's good to express yourself, even if expressing yourself means ugly sobbing over something you would usually consider silly or not a big deal

maybe you just need an emotional movie or song to move you to tears! but it's okay if you can't cry right now too. when you need to, you will and you'll feel a million times better

it used to be almost every day, and then it all just got so bad that it stopped. last time i cried was a little over a week ago during the concert, and that was out of emotion and happiness lol. i wish i still cried because now i just can't and it manifests itself as this godawful feeling in my chest that is starting to become unbearable.

then i had a foster cat for adoption but was thinking on keeping it and then the organization i work for told me there was a guy who asked for this cat, and i end up giving up on the kitten

I’m very sorry for your loss. I have wonderful parents and my mom is the most self-sacrificing and giving individual on this earth. They are in their 70’s so I worry as they get older.
Tell us, what were the most wonderful things about your parents? If it’s too painful you don’t have to obviously.
They were the best parents you could ever have and gave me everything. I had the most loving childhood and was spoiled and doted on much to the jealousy of my older sister. My father was a wonderful man and a good provider, he was the sort of father who would do anything for you (not that I always appreciated it). He worked away a lot so I didn't see him much but he would make up for it by taking us on a holiday. Sadly, my mother passed away 3 days before their 50th wedding anniversary in 2010. I was immensely proud of them. I know they're both watching over me.
