i feel like the reason the guild that are active are active is because the members are smaller but have a bond.

We don't have to sacrifice anyone, ever. We can just keep buying extra space in the guild.
(Though I could see getting rid of folks that have left the site, either by choice or in other means)

I respectfully disagree. For a reason I'm not going to say in public lol. But it's not a bad idea, I just feel for now there's no rush and it would just be better to clean up the really inactive folks.

Well yes, if we have completely inactive folks or those that aren't coming back, then cleaning them out is best.
But beyond that we can just keep expanding.
