what are your fears/phobias ?

Chemistry

You would hate my route to school then

-Elevators

-Sharp objects getting anywhere near my feet

-Being in cars

i'm scared of water i guess

I am afraid of flying, in planes, on rides, anywhere

Serious fear of bugs

Also trypophobia

I have social anxiety (medically diagnosed)

Fear of stairs after my dad got injured in the head from falling down them

that microwave is something else

Social situations

Blood

A lot of these stem from childhood phobias.

Trypophobia too, but I feel everybody has this even if they haven't found about it yet, its such a odd phobia

Hemophobia that is fear of blood, like my eyes want to roll out of my head when I smell it or see it

also fear or sharks idk how its even called but I will not google it

Maybe hornets

I had 3 bad encounters with them in 2019/2020 where they came into my apartment and harased me by flying around me

And wasps cause these fuckers came into my apartment every day during the summer at night cause of my lamp on the celing and one was even flying around my bedroom so I slept in another room with a closed door instead >.<

I even quit friendships over this when i was a kid/teenager

I didn't throw up since i was 5 so... There's that.

No i don't feel sick from it, i just literally get a panic attack. It's the worst.

I really thought I was alone, I’ve been terrified of throwing up since I was really young, it’s actually hit me pretty bad and I’ve developed OCD over it, I wash my hands constantly, don’t eat takeout unless someone I know has had it before and hasn’t got sick, I don’t touch doorhandles or use cups or cutlery in other peoples homes.

People don’t understand how bad this phobia is, it affects every aspect of your daily life because you’re terrified of getting sick, it really sucks.

I hope we can get better someday

Frogs

Fear of heights. What's weird is that I enjoy extreme theme parks ride but when I visited Cloud Forest in Singapore, I discovered I have fear of heights. I almost puke because of fear.

Heights - I don't get vertigo or the urge to jump/call of the void but I can picture in my mind vividly what it would be like if I fall and its scary. I do get a physical reaction where your balls feel like its receding to your body or that knot in your stomach even if I'm just watching a video. I do like to try skydiving at least once though. I guess it's specific to falling off a building I guess.

Large spiders and centipedes - I'm fine with the small ones. There used to live a large spider in our backyard when I was a kid. It was at least as big as my hand. Many a sleepless nights thinking what if it gets inside my room.

I am rather afraid of getting vertigo, because i feel an urge to get down as fast as possible even if this would be by jumping...

I hate that. So the combination of being unable to look down, or else i imagine myself jumping and the unsafe feeling up on a heigh place just make me feel awful.

-spiders (i know this common but i have a next level fear of them... i have a sixth sense for spotting them and my heart starts racing lmao)

-ceiling fans bc i feel like they're gonna collapse and cut my body in half

-getting into car accidents bc i think my car is automatically gonna blow up

-the dark... i have 3 nightlights lol

-having the music volume be an odd number freaks me out idk why
