So happy for him considering he's been interested in fashion for a long time

Yes, May 1st
We both have birthday soon then. Mine's the 9th

It will be interesting because CP leans toward modern pop. Stray Kids is the lead so the song will be more aligned with their sound.
Right. My initial thought is that their sounds aren't that similar. I'm counting on it to sound more SKZ-like than Charlie-like, but I think the mix with Charlie's influence in there has the potential to be very good

So your birthday is also in May
Wait is yours too?

I really like the idea of the featuring and I'm really curious for what they will bring together.
My problem is exclusively with the promotional route/the pre-release idea. The same way It can hype an era up If the song is good, It can drag It down in a blink of an eye If It's lackluster.
But It's just me being anxious. Most people are excited for them doing something different this time around.
Hey at least we're getting new music before June
I think most of the fandom is happy to support a single, so let's count on it being very good - which I have hope it will be!

A day after my birthday, it's a late gift from them
I'm very very curious as to how this will sound and how these artists will mix

What are those weird comments about "Japanese mindset".. This is a good mindset to have in this industry, so good on her. I wish them luck on their next performances. This backlash is way out of hand.

The majority of people will always expect that singers can at least hold a note. Just like we expect that people in every other profession is at least passable in the most important aspects of their jobs.
"No one should at all care about singers' singing" is a bizarre stance.

Why? It's a good way for an artist to be introduced to people that don't know them and to gain experience to grow. There's many different artists with different audiences, experience and popularity performing at festivals, why shouldn't kpop acts be there too, especially if they have a decent fanbase?
Twitter hate is exaggerated, and I know some acts have received mostly praise or ok responses. A lot of "real fans of music" can and do in fact like kpop groups and their music, kpop is not inferior. Most kpop twitter hate does not translate to other places and the real world.
