Not sure, some are pretty different in styles... but a lot of cute/youthful typa visuals.
Personally if you take kibbe types, i find flamboyant gamines, gamines or soft classic or even soft dramatics the prettiest.
I generally dislikes pure dramatics and pure naturals, specially natural dramatics. Meh. Too masculine or extravagant. Also i find pure classics bland and boring (like Yoona, Mina, Kazuha etc) and pure romantics too much and lacking elegance. So gamines it is.
Gamines have youthful roundish features, they are small and feminine. Like Yooa, Seulgi, IU or Taeyeon.
Also i like baby/doll faces or monolids/almond eyes with striking facial features again well embodied by either Yooa and Seulgi. But also by Danielle and Haerin or even Sulli and Krystal. If you get what i mean.
Anything that is to tall or squarish or masculine is uggh, repulsive to me. I really dislike it. Like tall or big boned or square jaws, no waist or no hips. Eww.
Someone like Hoyeon for example (overall) or Sooyoung (snsd) or Rose or Suzy. Nope. Nope. Nope.
And the only tall woman i find genuinely beautiful is Sulli. (and Yeji)

Danielle is very likely soft dramatic indeed but with - 2/3 cm she could have easily been a flamboyant gamine too.
Thatโs why i said the closest because she has the most dollish/pouty typa face after Yooa. But also she kinda has a gamine esscene to her. (Like a naive ingenue princess vibe).
And Yerin is way too tall to be a gamine. She looks more like a classic natural or smth. I donโt know her evey well.

I find almost all kinds of faces attractive, round faces, long faces, round eyes, narrow eyes, bigger lips, smaller lips, pronounced cheekbones, less pronounced cheekbones, prominent brows, less prominent brows, straight nose, slightly hooked or bumpy nose. It's literally case by case.
Everyone loves Tzuyu for example but i never notice her. Of course, part of the problem is that my eyes are for Mina and Mina only lol
.When it comes body types, the most important thing is balanced proportions. Too many Koreans are cursed with long waistedness, long torso and short legs that hurts visual appeal. Now some idols are so pretty that they can still overcome this like Miyeon and Karina, but it's always best to have longer legs like Somi, Lisa, Natty... even shorter idols like Yuri and Yooa look great dancing cause they don't have short legs.

For kpop idols. Yes. For my biases, I always gravitate to idols who fits a certain type more or less.
In terms of looks:
Moderately tall. Long legs and arms. Tan or darker skin/complexion. Cute face (but not overly aegyo). Dark raven (black) or dark brown hair.
In terms of personality/aura:
Idols who give off a cute, soft or gentle, kind sort of aura. Usually idols that would normally fit the "good-girl/angel" archetype (in contrast to the common bad-girl/overtly sexy or more aggressive vibe a lot of fans love). To put it into a k-drama sort of trope: the good, traditionally feminine kind of girl you'd bring home to meet your parents and they'd approve/love her. She's gets good grades. Doesn't have vices. Gives a straight-arrow sort of vibe.

Seolhyun is Best Girl. She's such a sweetheart.
I'm an OG Seolhyun fanboy. She's my 3rd favorite bias. Behind only Tzuyu and Yoona.
All these new kpop fans don't realize how big she was, as she's transitioned fully to acting here at the later stage of her career. But I remember. Seolhyun Mania circa 2014-2016 was one of my favorite periods in kpop.
Seolhyun is Legendary in kpop history. Even King Sejeong was smitten. (The Legend Of Kim Seolhyun)
