Companies especially Jyp should learn from Hybe and Starship(small rant)

They used to do JYP nation concerts but since there is barely a nation left, they have refrained from doing so.

I mean, JYP could probably do this show too in the future

I doubt idols were told not to interact with each other during awards honestly

I mean, it's not because they are in the same company that they are friends...

forced family vibes is weird

either people are naturally close or just leave it alone

mm I don't think they "need" to have "family" interactions but they shouldn't be prevented from interacting either.

It's funny because JYP and SM are really the companies where their idols talk about being friends with label-mates. They've had established trainee systems where the idols all basically grow up together.

Hybe's a very new umbrella that's brought a bunch of companies together. I read a Beomgyu post recently where he said the Game Caterers episode was the first time TXT has met most of the other idols.

I’m surprised that the Game caters did a starship episode before JYP or SM. SM especially because Na PD seems to have worked with a lot of SM idols, almost as many as YG. HYBE only happened because of BTS, otherwise they have no connections to Na PD.

Really? In 2022 still exists people who buy that ilusion? Mmmmm. Anyway, i believe if somebody is naive enough to believe they are like a family because they interact a few times, then they can buy that without the interaction.

Then 1 reason is that if JYP idols were to get together, all of them are really big so it doesn't really help any one of them that much

Meanwhile if the HYBE or Starship idols get together, BTS, TXT, Seventeen, Le Sserafim, Ive have hyper-popularity which can help to their labelmates like fromis or WJSN, monsta x, cravity

There are 4 Division at JYPE Korea, a Division in Japan, China and soon to be in America

Itzy are in Division 2, NMIXX are under Division 4 with their own management SQU4D while NiziU are under JYPE Japan, they are co-managed by Sony Music Japan.

Itzy and NiziU are between Concerts as well as making/made a Comeback so their appearance at MAMAs was really just for Promotions while NMIXX has been busy promoting all over the place.

Stray Kids, TWICE and Itzy will be doing World Tours in 2023, NiziU is likely to continue to do Dome Concerts, their last 2 will be coming up soon, making it 4 for their Japan Tour. Xdinary Heroes is likely to be doing World Tour by 2024 with NMIXX likely following suit.

So the reason why interaction isn't as frequent for JYPE Idols is that their Divisions have a schedule that is planned at least 6 months in advance or even a year.

Of course, it's not unusual to see JYPark and other JYPE Idols attending JYPE Concerts

Yep, both was when their Groups weren't busy with Concerts, it really is a different story these days

Wut? They have Twice, NMIXX, Itzy, Stray Kids, Xdinary Heroes. That's like 35 idols to do a variety show or collab concert with.

Well, there was the collaboration performance between Lia (ITZY) and Han (Stray Kids) and Juyeon (The Boyz) at the 2020 MBC end of year festival:

Then there was the collab performance between Bang Chan, Felix (Stray Kids) and Lia (ITZY) at the 2021 MBC end of year festival:

And this year there was a ton of interactions that happened when all the Korean groups (SKZ, ITZY, XD, NMIXX, and MC Dahyun) went together to ISAC:
