That's cause in the past 3 comebacks alone, Twice have done Bossa Nova(Alchohol-Free), Dance Pop/Deep House(Scientist), and Disco Pop(Talk That Talk.) You can't say a song is recycled if it's in a completely different genre.

Also some groups does not need to change their sound for their title track

(ex. JUST B, Kingdom and BLITZERS)

I'm sorry but I don't agree. I think Twice's new material has an air of maturity about it since they've been on the scene for some time and are older now. I remember not liking their earlier stuff thinking they were too cutesy, but nowadays their songs have really grown up and so much so that I have begun to fully stan them. Their songs don't disappoint me.
