Well said. I'm getting a little weary of it too tbh. Fans either be grateful for what BTS are giving us or go and follow some other group. I've only been a fan for 12 months, but I'm happy with what they've given us and an anthology album will be good for someone like me who doesn't know their entire disography. Either put up or shut up.

BTS have been constantly releasing music in the form of singles/collabs as a group and solo and we are getting anthology album soon. Just because they aren’t releasing minis/regular albums after album like a strict format, it doesn’t mean they aren’t doing music. No offense, but BTS has plenty of amazing songs. Instead of complaining about songs that haven’t even been released yet, go refresh yourself on how great all their older songs are. Exactly! I’m have to agree about her liking to be mad. There’s not many other explanations as to why she would stan BLACKPINK of all groups, if this is how she feels about music releases. This happens to every idol it just got highlighted because BTS is on top of the world so everyone and their dog sees the ugly side of kpop. The entitlement isn't going anywhere anytime soon, the fan culture of entitlement isn't going anywhere when there's a massive culture surrounding it, of idol ownership. People buying into the delusion that these people are your sex fantasy or romantically available to you, or that they legitimately personally owe you something because you stan them help promote them or because you spend x amount of money$$$$ on buying them gifts or albums. The 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 part is all the international fans from western backgrounds who have a celebrity culture where you don't do any of this, buying into the toxic entitlement mentality and prepetuating it even further.

As a consumer she has a right to not buy the new album if she isn't satisfied with it. Like no one is forcing you to pay.

I was trying to understand the reason of disappointment on the first day bcoz let's be honest, we all were expecting more songs but its been so many days already, there's no point in being stuck at the same old notion. BTS have consistently put out such quality music all these years and we are getting 3 more and that's something to be happy about, at least for me.

This pisses me off too. If BTS were Western artists, OP in the tweet would not be having this level of entitled reaction because BTS' output is completely normal compared to their non-kpop peers. As musicians/artists, BTS can release music whenever they please and they're not obligated to follow the schedule demanded of them by Becky in Iowa or whatever. BTS owes nothing to anyone.

Every "fan" who is worried about BTS not breaking records with an anthology album needs to think why they are army in the first place.

It's also a big red flag when they refers to themselves as consumers insted of fans. I see a lot of Kpop fans who do that then they wonder why idols are so hated and objectified but they are part of the problem since they are ready to throw to the trash bin a group who does not come back often with fresh new songs. It does not work like that, BTS are artists not products, their music is art.

I'm so sick of these so called "fans" that are so entitled, disrespectful and just gross. I've been a fan since 2018 and it's been the same way with every comeback. People just have to find something to be rude and negative about.

As others have said, BTS continue to drop music year round. Two members literally just dropped songs, so how dare people "demand" more. They are not obligated to cater to the little delusions people have created in their heads.

As for older albums from before I became a fan, I've only bought their Young Forever and You Never walk Alone albums So I'm looking forward to their new album with both the older music and newer music.

Losers like this can go and make room for BTS' new fans. They won't be missed.

The entitlement of these so-called fans is ridiculous, BTS don't owe us anything and we as consumers have the choice to either purchase their goods or not. BTS have put out so much content (either free or paid) that I swear that not a month goes by without having something new to watch or listen, and I've been a fan since 2017. If this were about other groups, maybe it would make sense but they have always prioritized their musical career, especially as a group, for more than 9 years now, asking for anything more just feels wrongs. They're human beings not robots.

That’s the problem with kpop...the Norm is to coming back every 5 months so when their hiatus is longer than expected people get mad ( I do also I’m starving for Itzy’s music) but as someone who stans Ariana I can wait 3 years I wouldn’t be mad.
