I'm not reading this whole thread. Jimin did amazing, the American music industry is a business based on payola and perception. Anyone who thinks otherwise is very much confused.

RM always gives thoughtful and nuanced answers. Answers that force people to reflect on themselves, unfortunately a lot of people don't like to reflect on themselves and so they deflect. Also, I love when he forces people to stop and think about cultures and systems outside of their own. This is needed because people are often very quick to label different as bad, instead of just different.

I saw people(person) talking about work week hours, and minors in kpop groups, I think they couldn't see the forest for the trees and pretty much missed the points he was making but I'll still give my thoughts on that.

I feel that anything over 40 hours a week is excessive(and stated that on a thread) however people at my job often work far over that and basically most places in the world do to. It's not just a Korean problem why are people trying to make it one?

As for minors in groups, all I'm going to say is that prima ballerinas, NBA palyers, MLB players etc. don't just wake up at 18 and say hey I'm ready to do xyz now. Also, why are people acting like Disney and Nickelodeon aren't a thing. Once again "working" minors is not just a Korean problem, don't know why people are trying to make it that way.
