Honestly, I don't think Hikaru needs any more voters. She has lots of support and rightfully so. If you really want Yaning to make it, vote for her every day.
No matter how much I like them, I don't vote for those who are pretty much guaranteed a spot in top 9 unless there are no other options. I prioritize my votes for those who need it more. That's pretty much the strategy I've been playing every voting round.
