Why aren't Reveluvs hostile and aggressive towards Aespa?

Luvies just aren't that confrontational from what I've seen, they keep to themselves for the most part and don't want to continue the cycle of shit they got from MeUs.

reveluv is the female version of Carats imo. They chillin vibin and mind their own business as long as no one dragged their faves

Reveluvs are super chill They've learnt how hard it was to have older fans of RV senior groups (f(x)) to hate on their new group, hence ending the cycle I guess? And rather, they either don't care about or support aespa and MYs

I guess you could ask "why didn't MeUs end the cycle then?" I think it's because it felt super unfair for f(x) - they didn't have much music put out as opposed to Red Velvet who have over 100 songs.

There are a lot on twitter, especially the Irene biased ones that hate on Karina because they think she's trying to copy their bias. But compared to other fandoms, yeah it's not much. But I think onces are the best fans when it comes to being nice to their faves "little sisters", i have never seen them hating on itzy or niziu. And blinks are going to be a show when the YG ngg debuts...

Reveluvs are collected and reserved fandom. Just like how I started to Stan them.

There is hate but remember CLC and Idle switched to a similar concept while Aespa and Red Velvet could not be more different in style. To general fans Red Velvet has the better music, and they don't have any overlapping images.

Well for my point of view Red velvet had a better treatment compared to F(x) all RV members have solo works under their belt and those solos were well promoted that's why we don't feel any resentment towards ae

Same , Also in my opinion being a fan of SM group is a bit related, we mostly follow new or old groups and their solo music. All SM groups have different image and musical style. SM made all groups CB and solo CB this year.

There was a lot of hostility and dismissive attitude towards Aespa on Twitter from them and now there is still a little supremacy complex with them (as I’ve seen with most 3rd to 4th generation fandoms) but more are moving their anger onto Sm now :shyy:

bcos reveluvs are a good fandom that dont cause problems. They are much better than fx stans that wont shut up about fx being mistreated when they werent, not to mention having the most overrated music in kpop.

Some ReveLuvs are hostile toward aespa on Twitter but everyone is fighting there. Red Velvet is still well promoted and the girls are all busy with their solo work. ReveLuvs are also discreet in a general way.

But on twitter issa mess, though they don't go deeper into fighting with everyone but yeah they do point out how aespa is getting better treatment, why did they get 3 weeks for promo, why did they get case ver album lol or why their teaser pics have more budget.

their biggest icon SeulgisAbs turned on them, how could the rest of them find the strength to fight?

• Reveluvs are chill as a majority
• We remember the shit we got on debut
• They've got different styles
• There was a 6(?) year gap between the groups debuting so we know where RV is on the timeline of group longevity
• RV has never been mistreated by SM imo
• Aespa debuted when Wendy was recovering and Irene was on hiatus so there wasn't any sense of rivalry or RV was being replaced

Apart from a few minority on other sm platform , most luvies know that it's not aespa's fault. Besides, we don't want to continue the cycle of bitterness and hatred RV experienced in their rookie years.

the music part was subjective but f(x) were mistreated, they got their fandom name so late, didn't get released music, didn't promote the best vocalist in SM then...etc.

Fandoms are not special. It’s because red velvet’s position was never threatened. They were never #1 nor do they have a big enough fandom for their fans to feel like their position was “stolen”

I know that sounds brutal but like competition motivates fandoms. A fandom isn’t an identity. Stanning one group doesn’t make you better human Kek.

They have moved on to Aespa

I think this is normal. You don't see Onces arguing with Midzys.

I think the Chershire - Neverland fandom was weird because Gidle was a real threat to CLC's existence since CLC never got anywhere and risked being disbanded the moment something better came along, which wasn't the case for Twice or Red Velvet.

The only reason RV got so much hate at debut is because of the F(x) Red Light fiasco on top of a whole bad year for SM artists, and the rushed debut to hide all the scandals, and on top of that a controversial MV..

Aespa's debut was known for some time, and RV got their time of shine without mismanagements so Reveluvs aren't that hostile to SM, or thats how I see it

Plus Reveluvs are one of the most peaceful fandoms in Kpop lol

Luvvies are a chill fandom and if you don't believe me just look at how most Luvvies reacted to Joy and Crush dating news.

I don’t feel resentment towards aespa. Red Velvet has had and still has an amazing career and they’ve released tons of music. It’s also normal that a new groups gets the attention of the company, but I mean of course it would be nice to get as much content as aespa is getting and a better quality music video. Still, Red Velvet’s career is still ongoing and I believe they’ll continue to release tons of music
