Honestly she should probably go. I'm sure there is a company who can make a good offer to her. There are multiple Thai idols regularly working in Korea so it's not like she'd have to worry about getting locked out of the market.
I really think that should she decide to go somewhere she will be fine. She should be able to continue to promote internationally as well.

she might leave and sign with one of Korean labels which treat soloist well for example P Nation (Jessi, Hyuna, Heize), ABYSS (Sunmi, Bambam), KONNECT (Kang Daniel, CL (promo in SK), Yuju (former Gfriend, just signed), Feel Ghood Music (Tiger JK, Yoon Mirae, BIBI)
or she will just sign deal with foreign company preferable in US

I mean, considering how big her personal brand power is, it doesn't even have to be a Korean label.
She doesn’t even have to sign with a label. She can easily do a Kang Daniel and create her own and be her own boss. She definitely has what it takes to pull it off.

To predict this, we need a better understanding of her personality but she is so private, we rarely see her, and we never see her in a less scripted setting like a Vlive.
I dont think YG cares one way or another. They have never truly cared about the future of the girls musically at least. Sure they'd rather keep her and the rest of the Pinks to use as cash cows, it's easier to maintain, but to them, breaking up BP is probably no big deal since they are, for all intents and purposes, a collection of soloists anyway.
They will just come out with solo projects for the other members who are big stan attractors themselves and then introduce a new GG.
YG knows that many OT3 Blinks will be pissed at Lisa for leaving and will probably use this energy to generate more sales from these Blinks, trying to persuade them to buy more albums and "outsell" the "traitor" who left.

I actually heard that Lisa, and Jisoo would resign and have solo careers(most likely acting for Jisoo and for Lisa solo music?). But Rose will leave(to pursue music somewhere else) and Jennie will leave because she doesn't want to live idol life anymore due to the hate she got and that she will probably settle down and have kids.
