Know that Soojin isn't part of the group anymore shouldn't they be having a comeback already ? I see on their Ig that the members are doing different activities in their home country except for Shuhua the longer they wait their fans will slowly shift to an other group, gilde is too good of group to just be forgotten like this especially with what they all accomplished so far

Big Bang is on hiatus since 2017. (G)I-DLE has been for less than a year. It will most likely be a year when they do come back, but even so, I don't think it's enough to become a lost cause.

Between Oh my god and HWAA, there was Dumdi Dumdi. So anything can happen at any time with (G)I-DLE. We'll see what they have in store when they do come back because right now it's impossible to tell.

Their debut latata and Hann are dark concepts too. Like someone pointed out, there's dumdi x2 in between too. I dont think they will stick to dark concept only because they are good at switching concept around but at the same time keeping their signature sound.
Such a loss cause Soojin is the best at executing darker concepts.

I wouldn't say Latata is a dark concept. Is dark concept the new girl crush ie. everthing that isn't cutesy/funny is considered dark?
To me Latata is more like a YA/chic concept. Hann is about resent, so I guess it can be considered dark alright.

It's highly unlikely there will be any new group content until next year. Yuqi is already scheduled for activities in China for the first half of October. Cube also is working on Lightsum's comeback which is coming out in a couple of weeks.
I really hope the girls are informed of what Cube's plans are for the group.
