For a long hiatus, he is doing well. APT is just huge and tbh, his song is just not it.
I like APT more too, but I'm still surprised.
Now that I'm thinking about it, Babymonster's new song isn't charting well either, and that's also surprising to me. And he was a co-writer on that as well.
APT is shaping to be the biggest kpop song after GS in my opinion, even here in Brazil is doing better than all kpop songs combined like nobody is topping it, not even new releases from super known acts on Spotify so nope, he isn't underperforming, I said here that it would be difficult to go against such a huge hit.
He is doing good and I'm happy that he is enjoying a new era and that a world tour is coming.
Apt is just so magical that it'll be #1 for some more weeks imo.

My guess is that IF Gdragon won't take over the Kcharts, and it doesn't look like that, UNLESS he starts promoting his song on Music Shows and Variety, the next big release is Taeyeon. I can only see her and IU dethrone Rose and Bruno oppa.😂 But IU won't release anything, so it's up to King Taengoo.
