How do you feel about SM girl groups?

I like RV and Aespa

I wasn't around for fx or SNSD

They are beautiful and talented but their songs are hit or miss for me.

I say I like them because I looove karina

likeil it or not, SM GGs are some of the best GGs in the kpop industry

- Red velvet

- aespa

And most importantly, each of them are unique from each other, and all acheived great success

Aespa is truly a one hit wonder with Next Level and they have one member who literally carries the entire group in Karina. Mys are generally the most worthless fandom on Twitter though so it definitely helped sour me on Aespa overall. I only watch rando Karina clips and Next Level these days. They have a nice rock B side as well.

GEE changed the landscape for kpop, Genie and Oh! solidified SNSD as the nation GG. But they didnt stop there, they switch up to a darker concept like Run Devil Run and retro Hoot!. Bops after bops including their japanese discography Mr. TAXI, Paparazzi, Flower Power, Galaxy Supernova. I can't believe you just called them uneventful. I'm a diehard 2NE1 fan but SNSD's impact is undeniable

For aespa, they just had the biggest hit of the year Supernova. Spciy and Drama still on top30. One-hit wonder? You cant be kidding.

I prefer the SM girl groups from the Big4. Their sound is nice, I find the members compelling and they have great vocals.

I am a casual fan of f(x), SNSD and aespa. I stan Red Velvet.

RV are my ults and my most listened kpop group ever love them to death best group of all time. Irene my girlfriend.

Love aespa their discography is insane and the girls are crazy pretty and talented. Karina my girlfriend.

SNSD are amazing too, great discography though definitely not as good as the other two. They do have some of the most iconic kpop songs ever and their vocals are crazy good. Yuri my girlfriend.

i like snsd, they have so many memorable songs plus a very strong japanese discography

red velvet is amazing

aespa is among my fave 4th gen ggs, savage was a solid debut album and my world and armageddon are no-skip albums too

Snsd brought me into kpop so they will always have a special place in my heart. The are still the 1# top GG to me.

I like Aespa's recent music.

Don't really care much about rv or fx.

SM girl groups, unlike their peers, never really officially disband. Except for one--f(x). They still have arguably the best discography in K-Pop, but they are not eligible since they're disbanded.

I actually really like SM girl groups. Not enough to stan, but I think Red Velvet have one of the best discographies since f(x), and I like numerous title tracks from both SNSD and aespa.

SM groups are the blue prints in making successful ggs. They are the text books that other labels read to make their own groups.

So, they are that good.

I love all their music and performances and I have no regrets. Even when I listen to other ggs, I end up heading back to SM ggs no matter what.

I like SNSD there are lots of TTs of their's I enjoy, I would go so far as to say I'm a fan of Red Velvet and think they have a great discography, and aespa is just really underwhelming to me and don't move me. I really like their songs Thirsty and Supernova and I really like the bridge of Savage, but outside of that nothing clicks and some of the songs are hard for me to listen to they're so unappealing. I've even listened to all of their bsides and just nothing moves me outside those 2(.25) songs.

They are very talented in terms of sound 🤗😎

Believe it or not, I was only a fan of Girls' Generation during the second generation era.

I was aware of other girl groups within and outside of SM, but I just stuck with them.

I've been stanning aespa since their beginning and will be a fan of the upcoming girl group.
