Yea i don't really like this, i dont want kpop idols behaving like influencers and visiting fashion shows etc, absolute waste of time. I'd much rather prefer they use that time to produce more music or variety/reality show content instead

and they already drop the whole schedule for their next cmb, so they have agenda planned already

Their last comeback was a mini. These 2 korean songs sprinkled during 2 months can barely be called a 'comeback'. More like a starter or crumbs or smth...

Their real comback is in late 2024 and thats 1 and half year of hiatus for a barely 2 year old rookies

And for everyone talking about the yg 'starvation tactic', it just doesn’t make any sense. If anything mhjs tactic is the opposite, originaly. Her tactic is to always keep bunnies and the gp reminded of nj, weither it's through cfs, youtube, twitter or other marketing platforms.
Ultimatly, weither it's the fashion industries or others publicities like the Hanni ugg compain, I think it's all used to primarly promote NJ and their music rather than the opposite. Like with Eta and apple.
The point is too use this cfs and globale brands / deal as a tool of promoting NJ and make them BE EVERYWHERE. At last anywhere that matters. Even the hashtag newjeans is everywhere IS actually very revelling of Adors strategy. Adors strategy is that people never forget newjeans.
Even during NJs real hiatus that Ador put them through, they kept on releasing music and content. Weither it was a game add, fashion shows, remix album etc. 🧐
So if she can't release more NJ music or content it's probably because she hasnt been given the green light by hybe directives

and yet they aren't. their company is disgusting.
They just had the single most successful and dominant year any girl group has ever had. They were insanely busy from Lollapalooza to the League of Legends Worlds to the Billboard Music Awards and even Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, and that's not even close to half of the huge events they had on their schedules.
ADOR said it in their announcement that NewJeans is finally returning. They wanted to give the girls some time to rest, and they probably needed it.
Any other reasons offered are just stupid speculation.
I doubt it's because Illit debut lmao.
Ador has nothing to do with Belift schedule and so on with ever other labels under Hybe.
It's likely due to the full album they planning later half of the year, world tour and the boy group early debuting next year. They are dropping double singles before the full album anyway, relax.
They plan and execute their releases really well so it takes time.

Le Sserafim just had their 3rd comeback and NewJeans is about to make their 3rd comeback?
NewJeans had 2 comebacks last year, 3 OSTs, 2 cf songs/collabs and a remix album. Along with tons of performances, phoning, light jeans, cfs, modeling etc etc.
Newjeans discography is the strongest and Ador puts far more effort into quality control and promotion for their comebacks than SouMu does for LSF. If they want to take a bit longer to really rest, stay healthy, practice to improve themselves and come out with a good quality comeback, I don't see the issue.
We're getting music every month for the next 3 months and likely a full album 4th quarter.
