I know that Namjoon doesn't want kids anymore because he said so last year or the year before. I say Taehyung.

Shinhwa. Only Eric did

Sechs Kies. Only Jiyong, who was from a good family and has kept a distance from the rest of the group after it disbanded, did. Eun Jiwon had married but divorced without children

g.o.d. Joon and Taewoo got married and reproduced. Gyesang married late and no news of progeny

TVXQ - Only Changmin married and reproduced

Super Junior -Only Sungmin, who subsequently left the group, married. I don't know whether he has children. Don't know about Han Geng, who is known to be married, but he left the group long ago

SS501 - Only Hyunjoong did, after all these mess around his ex girlfriend
