All I'm saying is when I payed to go and see Twice this year, if they and rolled out some dog shit group no one wants to see I'm booing them.
Like what a fucking joke. It's one thing if you advertise them as part of it during ticketing but the first and second wave of tickets for most those shows have sold out before they added that new shitty flop group.
At least they changed the opening time to make sure fans get the full Twice set they paid for.
But its got to be intimidating for VCHA, their debut made no noise and now their meant to perform in front of 50k people and hope they are nice about you crashing a concert and making them get there even earlier. JYP needs to get better marketing because why is their solution always throw Twice at it and keep your fingers crossed?

Actually, I think It was probably Republic who came up with the idea of adding VCHA as an opening act, since It's a common practice in the west, but not really a thing K-pop agencies usually do.

Technically, VCHA doesn't debut until Jan. 26th. The other two songs they released were pre-releases. Despite that, I don't think their actual debut is going to do much. I don't see barely anyone talking about them, and their styling and teasers look cheap imo.
Ngl, if I was a Once going to those concerts, I'd be salty af that they added VCHA at the last minute. JYPE and Republic Records have done a shit job of promoting and branding this group, and yeah, it's probably going to flop. Interested to see if they can sell though. If they can sell even 50k, while terrible by KPOP standards, they would still be selling in the top 10% of most Western groups.

I think it's a good opportunity for them, and who knows they may be able to capitalize on it? But, JYPE has never had opening acts until this, so I guess this is Republic Records way of trying to do a decent job. Except, I think they should have allowed VCHA to debut first, actually promoted them properly in the US before just throwing them on Twice's tour, and find an English speaking artist to promote them with since they are an English speaking group. Maybe Meghan Trainor or something.
Thankfully though, you can always come to the event later and skip the opening act entirely.

If they insist on having an opening act tag along, it should honestly be Itzy. They aren't complete nobodies like VCHA but still need more exposure outside of Korea.

Also the fact they are debuting on the 26th, they will probably be releasing a mini album, and they may throw in some covers as well. Enough where they can perform a full set.
