Which groups or individuals are you most looking forward to, seeing what they will do in 2024?
Jin: solo album. He's the first returning BTS member and will be by himself for quite some time before Hobi comes back. Will be nice to see him carry the BTS torch and feed the by then starving ARMY content. Can see another project with Coldplay coming up.
New Jeans: It took me a very long time to get excited about the second wave of 4th gen girl groups, but their music is amazing! I still don't know much about them individually, but they are now my second most listened to Kpop group.
Individual members of BP: in my opinion, YG had his chance with BP. When they first started, I was excited for the group but after long hiatuses, that diminished a bit. I am very much interested in seeing what they will do now that they are free to make their own decisions. Particularly, Lisa and Jennie (who already made a strong opening move getting her own label).
Twice: I still think there's a chance they will become huge internationally. They only need the right song that picks up on Tiktok (probably needs to have lots of English for it to do that).
Dreamcatcher: get some classic Dreamcatcher bops please
Stray Kids: their music is hit or miss for me, but I really like the guys as a group. Hope for another Miroh style bop.
