consideing how yg moves, the earliest bm can debut is august

NewJeans are the only group guaranteed to top the charts. STAYC and ITZY are wildcards, it depends on whether or not the gp likes their song. Babymonster will probably chart well as the newest girl group from YG but whether or not they top charts is up in the air.

As for music, I'm very excited for NewJeans and STAYC.

these groups are no competition for NewJeans (except baemon but we are not even sure when thye gonna debut)

i kinda suspect Not Your Girl was supposed to be promoted after I AM but Rei hiatus affected the plan. Now IVE only released a simple MV for it.

Reason of suspecting - Not Your Girl and I AM are the only songs in full uppercase in tracklists. Not even Kitsch or other english titles

yeah highly likely, because it was fitted to be a summer song.

but for that simple MV, I think it was intended to be like that from the start, since it was filmed on the kitsch filming day. Seems like starship just want to make that "self-made" mv type like izone's bsides or Cravity's.

(even tho they had the budget to make something like boogie up mv)

Jungkook's first week album sales will be enough to win music shows against anyone. Not sure about the other weeks.

Don’t underestimate JK. NJ are doing great and will do amazing, but let’s get real re the expectations that they will beat JK. That isn’t happening.

I am looking forward to Stay C, NJ, and JK’s upcoming releases.

All of these are for nought if they cannot dislodge Cupid from the Billboard Hot 100
