Stalking and sasaengs…

Many points were already mentioned. I would add that some fans take stanning to far, so far that they would even look pass their own morals in the name of supporting faves.

This is something that could spawn a list hundreds of entries long
Overwork
Debt System
Control of idols lives
Body issues
Clear lack of support for idols mental health issues
Sexual Harassment
Power Harassment and abuse
Creepy fan behaviour
Parasocial fan behaviour
Extremely toxic and abusive fan behaviour and fandoms
Companies (and groups) not doing nearly enough to curb extreme fan behaviour
Companies letting extreme and toxic fan behaviour sometimes dictate the direction and actions of groups/idols
Environmental impacts of the massive amounts of merch and stuff
Chart manipulations (both company and fan driven)

Trainee debt, the whole sponsorship thing, the overwork culture in companies, fans and groups themselves, the bullying and competitive nature bred from trainee days, relay dances, the parasocial idol system, lack of creative input, gender discrimination, the whole obsession with concepts honestly, forced plastic surgery, the fact that most of my 2nd and 3rd gen faves are gone but Super Junior and Big Bang are still plaguing music, the fact that most of them aren't really valued as musicians and the only key to longevity is solo careers, and the blatant pandering of underaged idols to *certain demographics*

Groups debuting too young. They are just kids after all.

How short lived the career is or how quickly fans move on, how much on the clock their career is.
1.) Small groups, you be happy to make it to 2 years. Imagine training for life for a job you do for less than 5 years and the older you are in your industry the less likely you are to make it. Realizing that too late and then trying to figure what to do with your life after
2.) If you're from a big group, most groups only last around 7s and then having the same issue as above. The main difference is most big groups make enough to get by for the rest of their life after in those years.

Honestly everything.
After everything I went through with BAP, TRCNG and now even OMEGAX. It's clear there is many dark sides that I just can't forget about. Or forget about TRCNG's living conditions and how much stress that put on them. Of how for months, Champions (Fans of TRCNG) didn't hear anything from TS ENT before learning because of TRCNG that the company privately shut down in 2021 and that they were free from their contracts, that some went to military etc. (Jisung went to military).
Although I'm not as big a fan of kpop as I was once or compared to some people, and I only really watch certain content when I'm bored, it's sometimes hard to find comfort in it knowing that some of my idols are still going unpaid, and how some went to live normal lives but still feel stressed about the choice or regretful.
Another thing I will mention that I got a lot of hate about it before, is how everyone doesn't care if their idols date as long as it isn't their idol, or push the toxicity of following your idols on every single social media platform, for commenting underneath every post or for hating people for liking other groups. This is so damaging to our mental health (and tbh part of the reason I talked with my irl friends in july about deleting about 90% of my social media and the only thing I really have now is this site, Pinterest and YouTube).
Lol wow sorry for the rant.

Why relay dances
-
see i expect companies to see idols as cash cows, but the fact that fans do too is disappointing.
Everyday I see kpop fans talking about how a company should treat an artist shitty or cut them loose bc they are no longer in their prime. Thats a load of crap. Dont people know the time will come for your their favs too?

Why relay dances
They are the stupidest fucking things to catch on and I will die on this hill
