I'm surprised Kep1er made no noise with We Fresh?

NOO I LOVED UP
The chorus is nice i guess..but the rest..
-
I think TROUBLESHOOTER is a killer EP. I enjoyed it way more than DOUBLAST. We Fresh might be the weakest song though. And it seems to be too messy/noisy for some people.
I don't know whether Up ruined their momentum. I think it's a great song. But the fandom is too divived, and I suspect many early fans (sucess stans) got bored and moved on after the novelty wore off and other groups overshadowed them.

We Fresh grew on me; and yes, I am also not a fan of Up!
I love Lion Tamer too, and of course the banger The Girls.

That is true, it does seem like Kep1er's fandom is very divided.
I personally prefer We Fresh and i feel like it's more similar to Wa Da Da which, even though i didn't personally like, did well internationally. That's why im surprised it didn't do better or made more noise..although i will say that it feels like Kep1er as a group (concept, sound wise etc) does feel a bit all over the place. Especially compared to Iz*One.

Tasteless and blind people.
-
I guess their debut hype is finally starting to die down?
-
-
I haven’t fully listened the bsides but they seem good I don’t think they will ever top MVSK and See the light.
FIRST IMPACT would be in a league of its own if it weren't so short. Excluding the re-recorded songs of GP999, it's basically two songs and a half. At least in that regard, TROUBLESHOOT feels more fulfilling.

Tasteless and blind people.
Right?? And their performance was so good!
-
their music is just so mediocre
-

That's sad tbh. Half of my picks didn't make it so i wasn't following the group closely, but i wished the best for them

Hm, well to each their own

yeah. Hopefully their next comeback does better than we fresh

If you remove all the raps up is pop perfection
Yeah the raps are messy, but i don't like the verse in general tbh
I actually think Hikaru and Dayeon aren't that bad at rapping but their company quite clearly doesn't know how to properly incorporate rap in their songs. They should just drop it or go for more hype songs where at least it can somewhat be hidden more easily
-
Okay well i listened to Up after a long time and it's either better than i remember or i just had a sudden epiphany

well i count parts of the first verse (the fast talking prechorus starting with mashiro) as a section of the raps anyway so yeah

you finally opened your third eye and upgraded your taste

i love we fresh though

tbh, if i like the chorus of a song, it becomes a lot easier for me to like the whole song since the rest just grows.

Imagine having song called we fresh in your discography especially as a TT, I'm sorry but it's quites embarrassing. And imagine telling people, 'hey, I listen a song name we fresh' . It's absurd. That's their first mistake for this cb. And the second one is they don't have clear direction and image. They have massive engagement during Wadada and people who love their girl crush image following them, then they doing cute concept for Up, which making fans confused and left them. Suddenly they dropped this girl crush concept back making the new fans go. They're the second CLC. Poor Yujin need to go through the same problem twice in her career.
Not to mention the song sounds like this one soap commercial in my country which I can't unheard it everytime I listen to this song.

i liked it but i don't really listen to it anymore. it's kinda forgettable.
This is the right comment.
Forgettable is a perfect way to describe We Fresh. Not bad, not great just... there.
At the moment We Fresh has 2.3 Million listens on Spotify.... that's.... well that's a debacle.
Wa Da DA has been out for 311 days for an average of 400k listens per day (120 Million).
We Fresh has been out for 28 days with an average of 84k listens per day (2.3 Million)
There are b-sides released later by Girl Groups that have more listens.
