Ever considered unstanning your fave?

The only fave of mine that I legitimately considered unstanning was NMIXX. I need some good music and more than 2 songs next comeback. Or if it's two songs, both need to be good or the title needs to be freaking AHMAZING!!!

I have considered it with Aespa even though I have only been a fan for 12 months. Their latest comeback was a disappointment and I'm not as passionate about their music nowadays. I might stick with them for now though and wait what the next comeback is like.

I stan SHINee, SKZ and SVT and never thought about unstanning, not even in their hardest times.

unless you consider that 2NE1 disbanded 6 years ago and what they did afterwards was just boring or they randomly vanished into dust somehow so I stoped caring, as long I know what they do and like it when they disbanded, than I am still following but otherwise no, many idols also choose to go dead silent when disbanding so if I never hear of them again than well....I mean NU'EST disbanded and in case nobody of them decides to ever show up again or they come back and suck randonly than I just wll not care anymore cause how do you stan someone who just dosn't do shit anymore or just sucks?

Current ones, no. Past ones I also didn't consider unstanning them, I just did it naturally and without thought.

The ones I can remember. I am still a fan of most of these groups, but I am more of a casual fan.

The past groups, solos etc i unstanned mainly disbanded, music decline etc. For Twice I never unstan they are my ults and blackswan maybe after their sept/oct comeback also I can't wait to see fatou mixtape and their concert in japan!

I'm disappointed like Dr music could have kicked out leia and just add Gabriel and sriya to make it five members. That company is trash and always will be. Also I been stanning them for over two years and I feel so bad for Judy and especially youngheun she had been in three groups before debuting in blackswan and now that she left this is her fourth. Since the beginning I knew what was I getting myself into dr music past history Alex etc. I hope fatou mixtape will do good and I hope their comeback will have a better producer.

I have never considered unstanning my ults, just can't lol, I love too many songs from them and they are the one of the pillars of my happiness.

But I have considered unstanning many of my other favs/former favs.

When I got into kpop I was in a phase of stanning a lot of kpop groups after liking only a song or 2 of theirs.

Basically I stanned too early, and then later on I went through a phase of unstanning those groups that I stanned to early because I simply didn't feel interested in them anymore.

I felt like I was forcing myself to watch the content of some of these groups. So I unstanned them.

During this phase I almost unstanned a group I still stan too but I decided to give them one last shot since I was still interested in listening to their new musical content.

I started listening to more of their music and yeah, I still stan them. Though I have to say I am kind of still in the phase so it's walking on thin rope line and I might fall on either side any time.

Either way, some of my former favs songs are still on my playlist since there are songs from them I love though very few.

like I used to be a fan of izone and ioi but they've disbanded so...

SNSD & Red Velvet. They were the very first groups (in general, not just kpop) that I stanned, not just that, but for RV, I stanned since debut as well.

For SNSD, I became a fan months later after Mr. Mr. was released. Then Jessica leaves the group. She was my bias back then. I wasn't a Sone for long at the time, but since I quickly came to love OT9, it was harsh. I believed the rumors which made me semi-dislike Taeyeon (she's now one of my favs). Wanted to give them another chance without Sica, so I tuned in for their Lion Heart comeback in 2015 and while I loved the album, I knew it was never going to be the same again.

As for Red Velvet; I was a Reveluv for a whole year (Happiness to Dumb Dumb eras). They debuted a month before Jessica's departure from SNSD, and I already loved them by then, so it helped my disillusioned Sone heart and was a nice distraction from all that chaos.

I also liked f(x), but it was more casual.

I took a break from kpop after Dumb Dumb til late 2017. Took over from there, and listened to everything RV released til then, as well as SNSD's Holiday Night album. By then I became more of a casual fan for both groups.

I stanned Twice in late 2018, but nowadays I'm more of a casual fan for them as well.

As for my current ults, kinda. I did became inactive in 2021 after BTS released PTD due to wanting to take a short break + uni. Apink also didn't release much except their song "Thank you" for their 10th anniversary. Still listened to the music, not so much followed the news for both groups that year. I made a semi-return to kpop this year because of Apink's HORN.

BTS released Proof and I loved YTC. So here I am now (again).
