So many girl groups transition from brighter to more mature...I kind of miss groups that really stuck to that sort of thing but I mean, it makes sense. They get older, and things change.

Yeah, it makes sense though. Some people like listening to it but I can't imagine what it would feel like to perform it if you didn't really want to in the first place.
Reminds me of Twice Jeongyeon. She said that she didn't like the TT dance because she was already in her early 20s and didn't want to do something cute. She also really stays away from performing aegyo and finds it really cringe when one of the members performs it themselves. I know she loves being in Twice but I can't imagine how she felt when they performed extremely cute songs for almost 3 years
