You have not read anything I have said. Yes, my title is dubious, but as I have said in the thread, I did not intentionally post pictures to get him bashed. I posted the first two pictures because they are pictorial shots (professional shots) and they inspired this thread. I posted the other pictures as a juxtaposition because I did not understand that hair for Batman and assumed he was supposed to be considered attractive there. To me, he looks just as good in this picture are that because I'm not into his face.
I have also said in this thread that I don't find him ugly or hideous. I even consider him average to nice-looking, but I did not understand the intense hype he has always had amongst Twilight fans. The title may be dubious, but the actual contents of thread are not insidious.
I think he's good-looking. Far from ugly or unattractive as some may claim.
He benefits from the "Euro white guy" aesthetic that has a steady and consistent niche market. It's not for everyone, but it's always going to have its place among what many consider attractive.
This is one of those situations in which someone is very hyped up by a specific crowd of people, but others don't see it. Even during the Twilight days, lots of girls I knew didn't understand the hype, but others did. Differences in beauty standards and maybe subculture are at play here.

I did report it. I don't think a thread where the title is degrading and first post just goes on about how they don't find a person attractive and how they don't get how they're as popular as other celebrities is a thread really worthwhile. It just spreads negativity

However...
I think looks are a sensitive topic, especially when very subjective and personal. We can't explain why we think someone is attractive. It requires an open-minded approach, as in we should be careful about questioning anyone's subjective liking to physical appearance. Questioning it suggests that you find it hard to believe people find him attractive, and I think that's what this small dissent is all about.
Different beauty standards can coexist, and it's best to appreciate that everyone has their own. There's no right or wrong answer.
Rather than looking at this as a terrible and divisive situation, I think it's nice to have these little reminders about ways we can be more supportive and inclusive. You didn't do anything vile here, though. By and large, people are visually selective. We question the reasoning behind visual preferences that fall outside what we consider attractive. We could consider this our natural vice. Ideally, the goal is to eventually remember we have our own beauty standards that others won't understand.
