Think it's a more Chinese thing? I think it originated from China. Chinese HotPots are like really popular. Japanese also have em but they call it Shabu Shabu/Sukiyaki
Ingredients are mostly the same the difference would be like the soup base I guess?

Yeah, I love baking but I'm doing everything myself so it's stressful. I'm preparing a turkey for tomorrow and an apple pie. I'm also preparing everything for the side dishes, etc. It's a lot of work. The turkey is huge!
What kind of cookies did you make?

But making gingerbread cookies and decorating them is hard too! So great job on doing that. I don't even know how to make them or how they taste. We don't eat them here really. I think mine would flop so hard.

We usually watch a movie too. I was a bit more broke than usual this year though so I'm not very excited for them to open my gifts but I still think they'll like themMerry Christmas!!
