I'm not saying anything on armedryu or his character but I will say in situations such as these the responsibility is on the adult regardless of "bribery." On that note, I'm disappointed in how a lot of onces have responded to this. Blaming a kid, even jokingly, for "bribing" an adult into doing something reinforces a terrible idea for them. Even in a situation like this where it seems to be a thoughtless mistake, we now set them up to blame themselves and not get the help they need if they ever are put in a dangerous situation. But it's either people accepting the apology (reinforcing that she was wrong to her) or radio silence from one of the most active fandoms on here. Really? If you have something to say, say it because the once cult kids need it.

Even if you "bribe" or do whatever other excuse, that's not on you. This is such a dangerous line of thinking and I am very disappointed in the adults right now for telling you all this.

That's my take on things. As far as Armedryu since right now it seems like this was just a thoughtless decision on your part, I hope you learn from it. Something like this should've been stopped by the adult but I think we all know that now. I hope all AKP users who witnessed this situation also take note and remember the ages that they're interacting with and make thoughtful decisions in the future.

And if you are disappointed in someone, look at yourself first. Your and Alex absurd overreaction to 2 users using a forum feature, is probably why she felt like she needed to make this long ass apology thread in the first place

Its okay to be concerned, but the outrage and the action in question should at least somehow relate to each other
