Despite knowing full well what actually happend, you just go on and on about what could potentially have been, like you don't even care about reality and just want to drag everyone and even go as far as to act like all the kids here are in danger now
And if you are disappointed in someone, look at yourself first. Your and Alex absurd overreaction to 2 users using a forum feature, is probably why she felt like she needed to make this long ass apology thread in the first place
Its okay to be concerned, but the outrage and the action in question should at least somehow relate to each other
I'm not saying armedryu was trying to do something and I even clarified that in my post. But this was an eye opener to potentially dangerous situations kids could be on here. We should take note of how much danger kids are in when communicating on an online forum that appeals to so many ages because yes, this did appear like that. Not once did I say anyone in the once cult are targeting kids but I am disappointed in a lot of you. Blaming silk is reinforcing some pretty terrible ideas and is immensely disappointing. If you don't see the problem with putting even a bit of the blame on silk in this situation, I have nothing to say.
Also not an overreaction to find an adult fake marrying a 13 year old concerning. If someone tried to do this in real life regardless of their intentions they would get a much more intense reaction
Us showing concern and suggesting they don't do it should be expected. The moment I got a notification of being tagged in a thread referring to those 2 users and their "Wedding" (not sure if you were here before, but it was a wedding), I reasonably raised an eyebrow
I'm not saying armedryu had ill-intentions and if nothing comes up again, then I'm good but to act like people shouldn't react to situations because "maybe we're wrong" is exactly how children are put in danger. Not once did we go in with absolute accusations on him, we were doing our jobs as ADULTS to interject a situation we found concerning. Clearly there was more than just 2 of us who were not comfortable as well as others even outside of onces got involved
If you take any of my concern or disappointment as wanting to "drag" someone, you are misinformed and completely misinterpreting the entire situation. I always liked armedryu and would have no reason to attack him, he's one of the users I've interacted with the most. This has nothing to do with wanting to be petty or start drama
And for the record, silk made this apology thread when a group of grown ass adults started blaming her and saying she shouldn't have "bribed" him with akorns. If you actually read what I told silk, not once did I blame her
