You again... This is obsession atp.. embarrassing, just shows how you love NCT more than your own faves.

Back to the topic: it's not NCT fault, but i know you want it to be and SME needs to address this issue, address an apology, pay the people for their stolen work and stop being so cheap despite being so rich.

Edit: I'm assuming SME didn't contact the people as they are being called out... SME never fails to disappoint me.

Look obviously it’s sm fault but how tf are the band suppose to know that. In the west when an artist sees someone has stolen work from then they call out that other artist. It’s not usually a thing about talk to their company. So this band should not be getting hate for calling our nct because for all they know nct are the ones who did it.

I spent sometime looking at that poster a few days ago trying to comprehend it and I didnt but then I realized that anyway.....it was a just a silly poster

This is not a no-name company that creative team plagiarized.

I mean, SM does not give a crap, they love to steal shit from other people, especially small creators. They must really not have a good creative team, cuz they can't come up with shit. SM needs to fire all of them, and replace them with talented people. Then maybe people wouldn't come out of the blue and drag them.

Kpop fans will brush this off quickly but as someone in a creative field, this type of thing drives me insane.

My assumption was that SM contacted the designing/creating team of the poster which is a different company and decided to use the poster which was used by other artist without telling the label/the artist itself. It might be some miscommunication here from the designing/creating team.

I read that this situation falls under fair use because it's a random poster used to decorate their set, they aren't making money off it and isn't affecting the creator of the original poster so it's not big deal

But that person (or band?) is already deleting tweets because they started engaging on fanwars instead of being smart and working to contact the company so they can get money. Dumb of them, liking replies by antis who only want to see nct getting dragged and don't care about the issue
