I eat 0 to 1 usually. In the morning I get my mocha and cigs lol I'm usually too busy to eat until I get home. Recently I haven't been eating until almost midnight - which I know is not healthy or good for you in any means. But my past has made not eating for hours a breeze.
I usually do nibble on things here and there during the day - pea pods, tomatoes, chips, etc..

i eat based on when i feel hungry and how much i need to satisfy myself rather than eating myself full at set times so

I think for people like you and me - if I'm gathering the cw correctly it's just a part of normal life. I find myself not very hungry and if I do get hungry I just drink things LOL.
People do get quite shocked but I'm used to it lol.
Maybe 2-1 a day but mostly 2 it is not because I am on a diet it is because I just feel more comfortable with it and have been doing it ever since I was a kid

we should eat based on when and how much our body needs food rather than starving it and then eating a set amount that might be too much or too less

Normally I have either lunch or dinner and then I eat like 5 sandwiches throughout the day.
Recently I cut out all dairy and most meats from my diet I still eat fish.
So today I had like soup,6 sandwiches with only vegan butter and juice on the side, then idk two bananas, and some very dark chocolat.and maybe two apple vegan cookies.
2 and some snacks in between
like 1.5 maybe? I'm one of them people that could eat the world and not gain anything. Saying that i struggle to eat alot anyway. I'm 180cm and around 53kg, average like 1500 calories a day
Three.
Breakfast - Granola with yogurt.
Lunch - a falafel wrap or burger.
Dinner - anything vegetarian.

I eat 2 huge meals, breakfast ( around 12, when I wake up) and lunch (around 18). For breakfast it's few sandwiches or chicken, eggs, bacon and such things. For lunch something my mom cooks (usually vegetables with some meat).
Between it I have few snacks. During a day, it's usually some fruits. I eat every day banana, orange and apple. I usually eat like half of chocolate of 100g a day. And at the night, if I am hungry, take chips or some other real snack.
Just 3- breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But my breakfast is rather small so I'd count it as two meals.

It's pretty commom for smokers to don't eat shit lol. I only eat one meal per day or one more if I'm not too lazy. I'm trying to quit but life is so stressful.
Not much honestly... Just enough to not make me feel hungry. I'm a bit lazy when it comes to eating. Sometimes I can spend a whole hour eating the same dish.

i either eat no meals or one meal, but when i don't eat any proper meals, i jave an apple or smth cos i'm tryna lose weight, i'm very insecure about it
