Le Sserafim for it's creativity, the anagram with I'm Fearless and angelic conceptuality
Stray Kids, because it's SUCH a stereotypical boy group name, fits in well with Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block

Girl's generation will always be the best kpop group name ever
simple, nothing difficult to understand, anybody can understand the meaning just by reading to the group name
and they did what their group names, they open the road for GG to be taken more seriously in kpop and made of kpop the land of GG

If a group debuted with a name like that now I would think it's incredibly corny,but looking back at their entire careers they are literally what their name represents and that's kind of incredible tbh
Gives their name meaning and appeal in a whole different way.
Girls generation represent girlhood for many, they are just simply incredible.
Since many people are talking about snsd’s name, an interesting tidbit is that their full name in korean actually carries a bit of an old-timey outdated vibe and could be more closely translated to sth like “the era of maidens” lol. Needless to say some snsd members didn’t like their group name very much, at least at the beginning before it became iconic. Whoever made the decision at sm to call them “girl’s generation” in english did the heavy lifting here lol and should be properly compensated for their genius. A rare W moment for sm when it comes to english-related business decisions 
EXO, so simple and iconic and also kinda has this mysterious ring to it. Also I like how they incorporated the "Ex" into their tours and some of the album names.
Red Velvet works really well with how neatly they tie it into their concept. I like I.O.I because it looks like 101 and they were obviously the group formed from the first season of Produce 101. Wanna One is similarly cool but not quite as good to me for some reason.
